Together we are going to identify and replace the bad habits that are causing your health, weight, lack of energy, stress, and frustration.

Together we will:

- Identify your bad habits

- Break up with your bad habits

- replace bad habits with new routines and healthy habits

- Commit to and implement our new healthy habit plan


In this step, we will also work together to create a commitment plan so that our new habits will actually stick and become sustainable so we can reach or health, weight, and fitness goals! It's time to simplify your health and make this easy!

Build Sustainable Healthy Habits

Together, we will set daily actions that create consistent change over time that actually fit into your busy schedule. 

Together we will:

- Pick our healthy habit focus areas

  • - Plan each healthy habit

- Prioritize your time to fit them in

- Create your healthy habit tracker

In this step, we will also learn the lifestyle habit creation method where you can add a new habit in each month for the rest of your life so you can reach optimal nutrition, fitness, and energy levels. It's SO possible for YOU!!
